Round Wabi Sabi Coffee Table in Solid Oak 1960s
This is a very robust and heavy round mid century coffee table in solid oak with a fantastic wabi sabi / brutalist appearance. Most probably French.
With a very thick round top, supported by four beautiful big feet with an interesting shape. Although being heavy and rough this table also looks very elegant. On top of that, weirdly enough is also shows some Jean Prouvé vibes. The wood features a wonderful grain and has a very good color. The overall patina adds to the charm.
A great piece for spaces that need some rustic charm or a touch of wood - would be amazing combined with other rough materials like concrete, stone and natural fabrics.
Comes in a good and very sturdy vintage condition.
